Ms. Frye received her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Genetics and Organizational Studies from the University of California at Davis, a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy at the Yale University School of Medicine, and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Ms. Frye has directed the Best Programs and Best People Service since 2002. Prior to her career at HIRC, Ms. Frye served as the project manager for the Office of the Corporate Medical Director at Blue Shield of California, where she was responsible for coordinating division-wide projects and business development activities.

Ms. Bolen was awarded a B.A. in Psychobiology from Yale University and her M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Bolen began working with HIRC in 2002 as the Research Director for the Employer and Coalition Service. Additionally she acts as Account Manager for several pharmaceutical clients.
Previous to her career at HIRC, Ms. Bolen was an Associate Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton's Health Care Strategy Practice assisting health care institutions with the development of their long term strategic plans. Ms. Bolen later joined Merck & Co., Inc. in the Market Research department and subsequently held a number of senior executive positions at Merck during her fourteen-year career at the pharmaceutical company.
