Overview
Nationwide Medicare Part D coverage now exceeds 25 million
beneficiaries, and this spring HIRC surveyed 21 health plans with 19
million enrollees.  In three years of HIRC research, this sector has
moved from infancy to maturity into a multi-billion dollar marketplace.
HIRC's director, Dorothy Hess, will discuss key tactics and their
recent changes, including:

Over 900 Convenient Care Clinics, also known as retail health clinics,
are in operation across the country. This new segment has been growing
