Contact Service Director

Ms. Ernst earned her B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette
College and her M.B.A. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University. Ms.
Ernst has worked with HIRC since 2002 conducting research and providing
strategic analysis for both Best Programs Best People Service and
the Health and Disease Management Service. Since 2006 she has been the Director of the Health & Disease Management Service.

Prior to joining HIRC Ms. Ernst had a 10-year career with IMS Health in a variety of management positions and worked on several cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supplier Management, Finance, and New Business
Development. Ms. Ernst is also a member of the Women's Board of the Bryn Mawr Hospital.
