Ms. Ernst earned her B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and her M.B.A. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University. Ms. Ernst began her career at U.S. Healthcare in the Corporate Finance Group and, after completing her M.B.A., began a 10-year career with IMS Health. While at IMS Health Ms. Ernst held a variety of management positions and worked on several cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supplier Management, Finance, and New Business Development. Ms. Ernst is also a member of the Women's Board of the Bryn Mawr Hospital. Ms. Ernst has worked with HIRC since 2002 conducting research and providing strategic analysis for both the Best Programs & Best People Service and the Health & Disease Management Service.
